Terms
|
Terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Minimum billing in all cased must be $50 net. All shipments request within 48 hours are subject to a 15% surcharge. |

Claims
for Shortage
|
Any claim for shortage must be made within 10 days of receipt of material and must be accompanied by original packing list. Any claims made after 10 days will not be considered. |

Shipping
Instruction and Breakage
|
If no specific shipping instructions are submitted we shall use our own judgement in selecting a route and carrier. Title to goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier and all claims for breakage must be submitted by the consignee to the carrier. |

Returns
|
Do not return materials without our prior consent. Materials made to order are not returnable. Stock materials are only returnable when permission has been granted by us, and is subject to regular 25% service charges with all freight charges to be prepaid. |

Guarantee
|
Every item bearing our trademark is guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of shipment. In case of defect, adjustments will gladly be made, provided the material is returned to our factory and repairs have not been attempted by another party. |
